For those of you who are interested in how the Seefus books are created, author Laurel MacQuarrie first creates her pictures out of various materials such as paper, cloth, and clay. After much arranging, gluing, and baking, her work is digitized and entered into her computer.
With the aid of a mouse or electronic wand, she can manipulate colors, redraw and fine-tune or add many details. The computer greatly assists her in this respect, allowing her to edit the images in ways she would not b able to do by hand.
Below, you can see some examples of her preliminary work before they were fed into her computer and sprinkled with magic dust and glitter!
